Security constraint for servlet method execute. #575

I created a extension for servlet module that restric the execution of a method 
in web enviroment. It have a annotation call Permission that could recive a 
list of roles or a list of principals or both or nothing. Whit no parameters 
the annotation acept the execution of method if there is a user logged in. The 
diff file is attached.
