pressSpinnerItem on android-17 #478

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.on android-8 and above sdk,except android-17,pressSpinnerItem(0,2) will click 
on the third item
2.on android-17 ,the same API will click on the second item

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X 10.7.5

I think this is a bug,and you can verify the correctness of this API on 
android-17

robotium 4.1.
because of something else , we have not updated to the newest version.
I wonder if robotium 4.2 have this problem or not.

I'm pretty sure that 4.2 does not have this problem. Please try with that 
version and let me know.
