for training, i am still finding how to do so.

@AronWater We can't access these files without registration in the Baidu Drive. The registration is unavailable outside China. Please upload these files to any other storage outside of China, if you can.

这些文件在中国境外不可用，“百度”中禁止使用外国电话号码注册。 如果可以的话，请将这些文件上传到中国以外的任何其他存储空间。
