Turning off then on the light doesn't restore full brightness

When turning off full white bulb (brightness = 1) then on from home panel, the brightness is diminished and I have to manually increase it again.

Actually, it looks like it's setting rgb to 255,255,255 while the last action before turn_off was set_brightness(1.0)
