Start new timer by default on application run #2

After restarting computer you sometimes forget to run a new timer. The solution 
would be to always start a new timer when application is started. We can narrow 
the case by doing it only when option "Run at startup" is checked.

In some cases this behavior might be unwanted, maybe make this as an option
and disable it by default?
