can't load critical perl modules - MetaErg on KBase? #20

Hi there,

After much frustration trying to get the necessary perl modules installed on the virtual machine I am using (for MetaErg and other things) I recently discovered KBase. It is such an easy interface, I wonder if you might consider adding MetaErg to the KBase tool kit. Many other metagenome analysis tools are already there. It would make life so much easier for biologists like me with little skill at installing and troubleshooting Linux installations.

Hi, While this would be really cool, it is probably not possible for the same reasons a conda package isn't possible. Probably now to late for that, but I wrote an installer that works using a modded conda environment: https://github.com/Finesim97/MetaErgInstallHelper
