authManager for RPC Plugin #150

Setting authManager of SystemPlugin to a custom authentication manager 

this has worked successfully, "logon" token authenticated using custom 
authentication manager

the same does not hold true however for RPCPlugin which queries only users 
declares in "users" section of config file

use of authManager (as in SystemPlugin) is required

please consider implementing this and including in next release
