[REQUEST] Manage default categories for users #76

The idea is to be able to hide categories like xXx by default and then the user can enable it in the account settings, but not show by default. This is just an example of the utility.

Still on that idea for resources, managing the "HOT" to know which category to require also sounds good to me.
