OOB array access in PTPCamera library #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. none

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
PTP::MoveObject() assign parent to params array at position 2, while there is 
only 0 and 1 available.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
/trunk@r561

Issue found in minimosd-extra PTPCamera should be fixed in arducam-osd too.

The PTP project and coding is stopped. Canon has no PowerShot cameras which are 
PTP Remote Control able anymore. Probably those old libraries are not 
compatible with the curent arduino IDE. It would need to be rewritten.
