Finally, I have to upload pics for wiki pages this way.

You possibly didn't set the dimensions properly for the 'More' tab.

On WinXP SP3 x86 the height of the 'More' tab shrinks significantly (see 
attached) while all other tabs are normal full-size height.

For Comment 1 :
When the property dialog is opened via double click on the notify icon, it 
looks like that showed in my screen shots, but when it is opened via mpc-hc's 
option menu, it looks like that show in Comment 1. Other VSFilters have the 
same issue. It seems out of VSFilter's control.
