{\q3} is borked: if used with \N it takes the last word or space in the first and chucks it into another line by itself. #151

This is a known issue with all versions of VSFilter prior to ~5 months ago, 
when it was fixed by MPC-HC and we merged it into our repository. We just 
haven't had any new releases since then.

Even after being fixed, WrapStyle 3 will remain rather unsafe to use for 
softsub, since it was left broken in VSFilter for the past decade.
