Make xy-vsfilter/xySubFilter load subtitles from such files, quite useful for 
keeping subtitles and fonts in one small matroska MKS file without a video.

Exposing such subtitle streams would be the job for an MKV splitter and/or 
Media Player, especially if you wanted embedded fonts to be loaded.
