I think this is fairly stable now and would like to have these changes merged into the main release on Thunderstore so that it can be used as a dependency. The most substantial game-impacting changes are in the Elite Spawning Overhaul, so I've added a configuration option to disable this. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
