this script is based on Input Language Assistant legacy extension. when you click on address bar, this script automatically changes your input language to English and once you press enter or click anywhere else, it will restore your input language to the previous language.
it's useful for people that have multiple input languages on their OS and forget to change it to English when typing URL.
I just copied the code from the legacy extension and made some changes to make it work but I couldn't make it restartless.
