DownThemAll! icons missing from Toolbar #207

If you pin any DownThemAll! icon to the Toolbar and open a new FF window, the icons won't appear in any new window, they will stay in the first window but if you close that one, they are gone for good until you restart the browser, they even disappear from the Customize Toolbar menu.

This should be fixed in v3.1.2.108.2022.12.14-xiao.
