Route lost after wifi disconnect/reconnect #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to a VPN configured to be a default gateway
2. Toggle wifi off then back on (also triggered by wifi disconnects)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the route table to be the same before and after.
Instead, the static route to the VPN server is lost but the two /1 routes 
remain causing networking to be broken until you manually disable and re-enable 
the VPN.

What version of the product are you using?
0.4.11

Which Android phone are you using?
Samsung Galaxy Player 5.0

Which firmware version are you using?
2.3.5

Please provide any additional information below.
This is the route that gets deleted but not recreated:
216.120.xxx.xxx via 10.10.50.1 dev eth0
