Multiple instances of the same OpenVPN config #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sometimes, when having troubles with internet connection, I can see multiple 
instances of the same OpenVPN config.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should always be at most one process for one OpenVPN config.

What version of the product are you using?
0.4.11

Which Android phone are you using?
HTC Desire & HTC Desire HD

Which firmware version are you using?
/

Please provide any additional information below.
Would be nice that when you tap Turn off OpenVPN, all OpenVPN processes will be 
killed.
