the other link goes down deployment rabbit hole. not sure advanced *config files belong in step 1. I guess they are for deployment to a cluster of machines. https://github.com/prestodb/presto/issues/8683#issuecomment-320538434

I think I need to reread the instructions again. it should download tar file and extra.
