Feature Request - Smaller distance between buildings #18

Love the ability to press alt and drag to build, but the distance between buildings can be closer when built manually! Seems the default min distance with this wonderful mod is a little too big than what vanilla allows (depending on coordinates of course).

@PsycheNate Are you using the - and = buttons to change the build distance?
