dev: .mm / obj-c files -> clang-format and simplify includes #1941

I just set ObjC → BasedOnStyle: Webkit because XCode is the only thing to work on these files, and WebKit is maintained by Apple.

The diff looks pretty wild, because the original files have no formatting of any kind (every a few lines are different 😅).

There were almost no changes in these files (a few commits in total with no useful info), so git blame doesn't matter at all.
