compile error for pdb_source_line_writer.cc when compiled with Windows clang (clang-cl). #662

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compile common/windows/pdb_source_line_writer.cc using clang-cl.
Note that the file is compiled if you compile dumpsyms.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should not cause compile error.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Let me also add my patch (bp.diff) to fix this issue.
