scroll-view 内触摸滚动时，键盘会自动收起，如何保持住键盘不收起？

目前在 webview 渲染模式有个思路是定位一个 textarea 在顶层，那么点击区域就能保持住键盘了 代码片段：https://developers.weixin.qq.com/s/RD8Gb7mj7JOY

skyline 目前无解，有个 bug [skyline] 点击 textarea 空白区域时，会失去焦点
