Sometimes, La Terminal (1.8.8 #1406 on visionOS) gets into a state like this:
Several lines of the alternate screen that should appear on the bottom have wrapped around to the top. In this case, the "Type :qa" line should be on the very bottom.
I'm not sure how it gets into this state, but it happens pretty often.
Once in this state, it's not easy to get out of it. Quitting and re-opening Vim doesn't help, nor does running reset. What does seem to work is resizing the terminal, then quitting and re-opening Vim.
