colorbox does not always load #310

seems like an intermittent issue, because I'm not always able to reproduce. Basically, the colorbox modal is not loaded and instead, the non javacript version of the settings page is loaded but unusable.

I think this can happen in 2 situations

  1. A javascript error caused by another plugin.
  2. You click the link before colorbox has initialised.
