Mastodon: Static template can not show formatted date

Steps to Reproduce:

• Click on Add layout
• Select and place a Mastodon widget Static Template 2
• Set the date format as d/m/Y

Expected: Dates should obey the provided format, for example, 04/04/2024. Actual: Dates do not format as provided.
