The weather widget not functioning with specific coordinates such as those for Adelaide #3447

Reproduce Issue:

  1. Add a layout
  2. Add a static weather widget
  3. Provide with coordinates (Latitude: -34.921230, Longitude: 138.599503)

Expected: Correct weather data for Adelaide. Actual: Error message is displayed, No results returned, Please configure Open Weather Map Connector

Log shows /playlist/widget/data/10810/14004 onDataRequest: Failed to get results. e = DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (+9.5)
