Weather Element: The image does not display on the player

When adding a weather widget, the image element does not render on the player, even though it appears correctly in the layout editor.

Player: Tizen 404 and DSCS95 (xfA 405)

Steps to Reproduce:

• Add a weather widget to a layout.
• Select the Image element from the widget elements.
• Preview the layout in the layout editor (image is shown correctly).
• Schedule the layout on the player (image does not render).

Expected Behaviour: The image should display correctly on both the layout editor and the player.

Actual Behaviour: The image is shown correctly in the layout editor but does not render on the player.

Hi @ifarzana, since I'm don't have the ability to test this directly on a tizen player, however, I tried testing the example layout from above on older versions of Chromium. Specifically, version 70, 72, and 86. I have tested the example layout and a layout from my local CMS in version 4.1.1. Apparently, those chromium versions shows the weather image element on preview.

Is there a way we can identify what version of Chromium browser should the Tizen 404 have?
