ViewBS cann't read parameter! #51

./ViewBS/ViewBS MethCoverage --reference ./ViewBS/ViewBS_testdata-master-testdata/testdata/TAIR10_chr_all.fasta --sample ./ViewBS/ViewBS_testdata-master-testdata/testdata/bis_cmt2-3.tab.gz,cmt2-3 --outdir ./ViewBS/ViewBS_testdata-master-testdata/testdata/figure the output is: Subcommand: MethCoverage Please provide --sample! Sample(s): Please provide --reference!

I solved it by install perl-local-lib!
