Adding db support for a display name

Pushing this back to the polish release since it will need to fully include the primary index, the player index, the towns table (single update), the citizens table (batch update), and all related world guard regions.

*\ May not fix, deciding whether to make names permanent so there is a cost... depends on user opinion
