Deleting of edges throws an error #381

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an edge
2. delete the edge

What is the expected output?
edge is deleted

What do you see instead?
edge is deleted, but error is thrown: shape.parent is undefined.

for some reason it works again. I don't know why this happened.

Perhaps you just had an old checkout? 1-2 weeks ago, I did some major work on 
the
edit plugin which should avoid such errors (like deleting edges with no nodes). 
If
you have some further observations like this, please tell me.
