Is it possible to add ppstream plugin support for linux #35

seems ppstream plugin only supports windows platform. can it be ported to Linux?

Have tried to port to Linux, but still unable to find a pp streamer library for 
linux that can be used for ppstream plugin.

Hopefully can find it one of this day.
