What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 在XP上安装XBMC
2. 在Google code上下载中文包
3. 在XBMC上通过安装zip选项安装下载好的中文包

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
在视频扩展中能够看到各个视频源如奇艺等插件，结果进去��
�为空。

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Window XP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
同样插件，在Window7上没问题。

And try the last two steps first:
6. Launch XBMC and navigate to System -> Appearance -> Skin 
7. Change the Fonts selection to 'Arial based'. 

If not working then perform all the steps and see if it work.

It works after I switch to ChinaTelecom from TieTong.
