masterha_master_switch fails with error

1 have 2 slaves and a master 

m3 (master) , m2 and m4 (slaves)

I am trying masterha_master_switch --conf=/etc/mha.cnf --master_state=alive 
--new_master_host=m4 --orig_master_is_new_slave

but it fails with

I am using percona's 5.6 version  . nd I think this might be related to 5.6 . 
Please confirm and what is the solution around it

I switched to Percona 5.5 and the problem was resolved

Is there a solution for this? I am using MySQL 5.6 and running into the sane 
problem.
