Podcast Title "Uploads by..." #32

The title for podcasts is "Uploads by <channel>".  This is really unnecessary 
to prefix with "Uploads by..." and would be better served just to have the 
channel name.  Furthermore, Zune makes it hard to read (see attachment).

I opted to add a "title" parameter to the generated URL. This way you can be 
more in command. :)

This only changed the default behavior, but I want to add a title parameter for 
those who demand the ultimate control.  Any chance you can back this into head 
off the server and provide a patch?

I'll try to get my workspace in order first... as you can see my last 
attachment has a test statement setting the server timeout... gotta remove 
that!. one more thing is that i'm a very careless klutz and i don't want 
uploading the wrong version of my changes (i do that a lot here at work)

If you can, please feel free to merge the changes regarding this. next time 
i'll add comments to segregate my changes so you need'nt need to run diff. :)
