Enhancement: Send bookmarks to phone

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add an option to send bookmarks from chrome browser directly to phone using 
Chrome to phone.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?

This would be nice.

It does end up being a work-around for the current issue of really inconsistent 
synchronisation of bookmark data across Google's products. For Chrome to 
Android bookmarks, you can see this issue on AOSP:

If the issue of bookmark synchronisation with Android was properly taken care 
of then we wouldn't need this functionality in C2P. However, until then this 
would be a nice way of handling it.
