Could you please share your Mean-imputation code? The Mean-imputation I implemented achieved an accuracy of 46.71% on the Scene15 dataset with a miss_rate of 0.4, and an accuracy of 37.46% with a miss_rate of 0.5. I would greatly appreciate it.
