[Todo] a map overview #17

In the upper left corner, there could be a map overview to know where we
are when editing a really big map (which remains to be tested with current
version ;( ). The only questionable point, is the performance issue, as it
could be hard to draw twice the map... 
It could be a nice small step to draw the overview map as dots and lines.
with a specific spot, showing where you stand.

shortcut for that : ctrl+v (for view, v being allready used for selection mode)
