[Defect] No browser window in windows #53

Strange bug... in fact after having checked the files, I don't even know
why I've got it right on linux. to check.

Further more, some icons are failing, like the zoom in zoom out...

Ok, There are two similar files :
CharTr.py
and
chartr.py
it's ok on linux.

But on windows, it does lead to an overwritting of on of the files. Thus, 
correcting
the error leads to an import error : gconf, is not there and won't be. 

It would be nice to correct this, having a well designed GUI for windows. Or 
design a
new nice GUI to work for both windows and linux.
