cannot input chinese #77

When I use CharTr, I want to input Chinese.
I use fcitx as my default input method.

Usually, I press Control+Space to swith between English and Chinese. But here 
Control+Space returns nothing.

I love chartr, because I'm pythonic. I don't like Java, so freemind, xmind.

I love vim, maybe I'm a vimer~ :)

If chartr wants to spread more widely, it should think of Globalization.
