We could simply hook it up to the DUT_VDD_IN pin, so we ensure that the DUT and the voltage we shift to are the same. Might be problematic with the actual current consumptions though. I'm just a bit worried that it might affect the current measurement.
Edit: Now that I think about it, it should be fine by hooking it up to DUT_VDD_IN - this is what we use as a reference voltage anyway, so it should be ok to sink current on this side of the resistor network.

Let's add a level shifter, e.g. FXMA108 that was used in https://github.com/whitequark/Glasgow.
