Quick Action New Comment #6

Please provide the feature to easily create a new comment on a page.

Added to page header. Would be nice, if ckeditor would be involved.

Actually it was not possible to reuse the ckeditor from TYPO3 on the custom textarea. So I switched to an iframe and the default edit mask of a comment.
