Integrate manual chapters with records #11

This pull request enables linking manual chapters directly to TYPO3 records like pages and content elements. Users now see direct links to associated manual chapters when viewing or editing records, enhancing usability.

I really like this feature, very helpful for fast manual access.

I would prefer some kind of help text within the page settings to describe this feature directly at the functionality. See #24
