Can´t acces to http://ServerIP/vlc-shares/public

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I have already installed the automatic vlc-shares
2.I can access to the http://localhost/vlc-shares/public/manage
3.I can access to the vlc-shares/public from my WiiMC.
4. I can´t access to the http://IPserver/vlc-shares/public from my android

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when i try to access with my Android browser it's said to me "Website not 
available"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
vlc-shares 0.5.3 installer.exe    I'm using a Windows 7 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.
All the IP addresses match in the archives.

Of course, if my computer is the 192.168.1.28 the Andoird phone is the 
192.168.1.31

This is not a vlc-shares problem. If it works with wiimc and browser, your 
problem is related to your android phone configuration and you have to check 
network config in your phone.
