Spaintv plugin 0.1

Hi, maybe this isn´t the best way to contact you but i´m very interested in 
publics a little plugin that i make using as template your directrai plugin.

I called spaintv an is a plugin to watch live streams of spanish tv channels. 
at the moment only 8 channels but is possible a worldwide view of this channels.

I send you the plugin and a parcial translation for spanish language of the 
entire proyect. If you consider that is interesting i send you a complete 
translation of all plugins.

I've added SpainTV plugin inside the trunk (in extra). The code is good. I've 
added the translation too, but i changed it a bit to remove some strange 
character that give me problems (and to add a missing "). So, try to use html 
entities instead for unusual characters.

ok, no problem, i´m working in the main translation (lot of work) but i´m
finish the plugin´s translation i send you to this mail when corrections are
mades for the problematic characters.

Hi, i send you a zip file with translation for es_ES for the next plugins:

direttarai

and the language it_IT for spaintv plugin. (with html entities)

include the manifest.xml files with the line for the file added.

I send you the es_ES.ini file when i finish with it.
I hope that this translation make your proyect more popular among spanish
people.
