/vlc-shares/installer/save was not found on Ubuntu 11.10 (FAQ not working)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Cannot install vlc-shares because I cannot find /vlc-shares/installer/save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Installation page, got Not Found instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 11.10

Please provide any additional information below.
I used 11.04 installer (with a minor manual change: renamed package 
libavcodec-extra-52 to libavcodec-extra-53 because this is the new version)

sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
