Create on-the-fly white list with alert as apps try to access data #92

First off, love the app.... :)

What would be really useful for the app to create a white-list on-the-fly.

If an app tries to access data, the user is presented with a pop-up that says
what particular app is requesting data access, with possible choices:
 *  Allow
 *  Allow for this session
 *  Block
 *  Block for this session

The pop-up would place the preferences in the particular white-list (wifi or
data). The pop-up could have both displayed as check-box options with the
current mode checked by default.

I also second the previous suggestion of a white-list-only, and an "select all"
check-box that selects or de-selects all the check-boxes.

Great work!

Although I would love such a feature myself, this is unfortunately not possible
:(
See issue 81 for more details

The "select all" will PROBABLY be implemented in the future by clicking on the
network adapter icon ;)
