SctOperator: deletion + restore operation #49

  1. select deletion
  2. move contour in trajectories layer
  3. click delete
  4. restoration cannot recover the contour position because interval states of sctoperator is messed up. The self.original* attributes are incorrect and set to the positions moved by the users.
