Show sc/sct/sctc attribute in Displayer and Sct_Operator tests

1. create the displayer to show attributes of sc, sct, and sctc in Napari GUI
2. create a submodule viz containing table.py for displaying use
3. test methods delete_selected_sct and save_annotations of Sct_Operator
