IntentWrapper的白名单问题 #65

getIntentWrapperList方法只判断了安卓系统的优化设置(isIgnoringBatteryOptimizations) 并没有对厂商系统中是否设置了自启管理,锁屏清理等设置,导致部分机型在每次调用getIntentWrapperList方法时都会出现弹窗.
