What steps will reproduce the problem?

Upon connecting, 3.0b10 reports "SENT CONTROL [server]: 'PUSH_REQUEST' 
(status=1)', the connection is never established

It doesn't look like a Tunnelblick problem to me -- it looks like a 
configuration issue with the server: the server isn't answering the client's 
request.

Or it could be a firewall problem or an OpenVPN problem.

The server is working perfectly for the other 1000 users.

Could it be a firewall problem on the client? Maybe it filters out either the 
client's request to the server or the server's response to the client.

Have you tried this with more recent versions of Tunnelblick?
